There are millions of i.p . Not all are strong and not all are universal and anonymous. Get fresh i.ps from google. Just type I.P list or sock list or fast IP e.t.c . Just make sure you make your keyword specific. It will bring links where you can get i.p in thousands. Now It's your own duty to test if the i.p is working or not. For those i.p they'll list without port, you have to go through the stress of testing it with various ports..
You can find the ip using goggle. But you can't check if It's working using google because google is not an ip checker. Now do this....
When you go to google, type 'ip list'. It will refer you to many links. Now this will be easy for you to test when You're on a computer cos the copying and parting is stressful. But if you insist using phone that means you should get a pen and paper to write. Just write down so many i.p you've gotten. Go to this reliable proxy checking site : www.secretipaddress.com . Note if you don't have access to this site, just make the site your i.p using port 80 likewise wap.google.com using port:80 . As I've posted earlier types of ports and their user....keep testing...

Let assume we want to hack cheat for opera4.2 on symbiam phone.
First forget cgi trick
locate ip that work by pinging it if it will send or recieve data
if it will surport port 80
and last check if it surport opera by click trace__in ping.eu that is http/ping.eu
guys for all those using phone without ip just look for a cgi that will work with ur opera by typing cgi nph proxy in google and find unblocking site just enter and u will see alot, for those using symbiam phone that their opera work with ip or do accept ip
go to www.proxyway.com to get ip and then go to ping.eu to test them by pinging it,check for it port,and Traceroute it and if it will surport opera it bring a colour light in the ip line

lets talk about proxy servers. First what is a proxy server? I call proxy server a "buffer" that sits between your pc and d server (site) you are accessin.

The proxy provides the resource either by connecting to the specified server (site) or by serving it from a cache. The primary role of any proxy is that it will assist you keep your secrecy like your IP and it also facilitates in getting at some domains on the net that could be blocked for instance in work, libraries, schools and so on.
There so many types proxy servers and we'll discuss them one after the other.
Transparent Proxy - this type of proxy server does not provide you any anonymity. It gets u across simple ip bans and might enhance ur browsin as it's able to fetch u web pages directly from it's cache.
Anonymous Proxy - An anonymous proxy server also known as web proxy, generally attempts to anonymize web surfing by hiding the original IP address of the end user. This type of proxy server are typically difficult to track, and provides reasonable anonymity for most users.
High Anonymity Proxy - This type of proxy server does not identify itself as a proxy server and does not make available the original IP address. High anonymity proxies, only include the REMOTE_ADDR header with the IP address of the proxy server, making it appear that the proxy server is the client.

Socks Proxy Server:
A newer protocol to allow relaying of far more different types of data, whether TCP or UDP.
SSL Proxy Server:
An extension was created to the HTTP Proxy Server which allows relaying of TCP data similar to a Socks Proxy Server. This one done mainly to allow encryption of Web Page requests. (also known as secure http - https)

You might be thinkin, why can't u get a direct ip on zain or etisalat just like the port 53 mtn ips or like d the direct ips that once worked on zain mms?
First, I need to tell u that port 53 is open on mtn thanks to whoever discovered it. (read from the start if u wanna know about ports)

One of d oldest trick is the @ trick.
The simple principle behind this trick is fooling ur network provider to believe u're visitin a free site. To use this trick u must have a free site and use it this way - freesite@ yoursite.com e.g. wap.mtnonline.com@cashplus.ning.com
Most network providers have blocked this old tweak though
The dot trick works in the same way as the @ trick but the @ symbol is replace by a dot (.) eg. Wap.mtnonline.com.Server4.operamini.com
Now talkin of reverse IP trick, it's as simple as putting a site domain name or IP address in your phone settings and launching your free site. For instance, using getto.info or it's IP as your proxy in phone settings and launching wap.mtnonline.com loads getto.info instead. This same principle applies to etisalat opera cheat. First what does cgi mean? The Common Gateway Interface (CGI) is a standard protocol that defines how webserver software can delegate the generation of webpages to a console application. Let's assume u get to a cgi proxy site...hmmm....concealme.com for example. Type ur address (wap.yourname.com) in the url. Now when d page opens, check page info or bookmark d page, u'll see the correct cgi string to use in ur cheat.
Now the numberic ip eg widesurf.info is same as 74.220.215.80 so what is d numeric ip of sneakme.net ??? you may ask,
Now go to google and search 4 "convert host to ip" or "host to ip converter" or google and search 4 "convert host to ip" or "host to ip converter" or http://myip.unicorn-webdesign.de/urltoip.php u'll get site where u can convert ur hostname to ip address.
